Proactive Planning

To maximize the effectiveness of your contingency plan, it is crucial to plan ahead. Under normal conditions, it is recommended to place fuel orders 24 hours in advance.

However, during emergencies, due to the high volume of requests, it is advisable to place orders at least 36 hours in advance. This proactive planning allows American Petroleum to organize and prioritize deliveries efficiently, ensuring that all of our customers receive the service they need.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we ask that you do so well in advance. This not only helps us to reorganize our deliveries, but also allows other customers to receive the fuel they need at critical times.

In times of uncertainty and emergency, having a reliable supplier like American Petroleum can make the difference between continuity and disruption to your operations.

Our rapid response capability, trained personnel and flexible fleet give you access to the fuel you need, when you need it most. Don’t leave your operation to chance; trust us to keep your business running, no matter the circumstances.

We’re here to serve you in any emergency!

In emergencies, American Petroleum will prioritise critical sectors, which may affect other delivery times. Customers with current accounts who have requested fuel in advance will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to priority. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend anticipating emergencies. For more information, please contact us.
