In every project or operation, there is the possibility of unforeseen events. That’s why American Petroleum has added an equipment rental service that helps you keep your operations running despite any emergency, blackout, or short/medium-term project.
We offer our customers equipment that helps in fuel storage and/or distribution so that they have fuel supply and flexibility at all times.
WHAT TO CONSIDER
VOLUME/FUEL CAPACITY
When renting equipment for distribution and/or fuel supply, it is important to understand your company’s needs. Knowing how much fuel you need to supply for 48-72 hours is crucial in emergencies.
In addition, it is important to analyze whether a tank or a truck benefits you more. If you have different delivery locations and do not have trucks for distribution, it is convenient to rent a truck that can load at our filling station, and thus, you can proceed to supply your own projects.
If you work with a single location, you can rent a portable station with a hose, meter, and nozzle, allowing you to supply your equipment at your facilities.

OUR STORAGE TANKS
Most customers have their own storage tanks. However, in case of emergencies or temporary projects, it is important to have greater storage capacity to meet any efficiency goal.
At American, we rent storage tanks with various capacities that fit your needs.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Companies that want to increase their storage capacity in emergencies or do not have a storage tank and want to use it for temporary projects.
At American, we ask for a minimum of two (x2) weeks to prepare the tank; if demand is high, the equipment can take up to a month of preparation.
When requesting the tank, you should clarify if you require a pump, meter, and nozzle. In that case, you should request the Mobile Service Station.
You can advise of volume capacity if you need to rent a containment berm and let our team know when you need it.
It comes without a containment berm, but we have these available for rent.

PORTABLE SERVICE STATION
If you are looking for more than just a place to store fuel, having the option to supply your own equipment, whether heavy machinery, light vehicles, or generators, renting a Mobile Service Station or Portable Service Station is the right one for you.
This equipment comes prepared with a meter, pump, and nozzle, which provides you with the greatest possible flexibility.
WHO NEEDS IT?
Companies vulnerable to blackouts and emergencies, i.e., Health Centers and hospitals, cannot be without fuel or wait long in case of an emergency.
Companies with projects in remote and/or changing locations.
Companies that want greater flexibility in their fuel supply.
WHAT TO CONSIDER?
The pump requires a 220v connection.
The equipment comes with an approximate meter for fuel volume monitoring. It is important that the customer maintains the exact record of the volume dispensed to determine the remaining volume.
The equipment can only be used for one product at a time. If you want to change fuel, notify the office so our team can do the necessary maintenance and adjustments.
When renting the equipment, our maintenance staff will provide provisional maintenance visits.

In cases of emergency or a higher number of projects, customers benefit from the speed and efficiency achieved by bringing their own trucks to be supplied at our facilities.
If the routes are very busy, your company can have an additional supply option and greater flexibility to resupply their equipment in various locations. If you do not have your own truck, American now offers the option to rent trucks to its customers.

WHAT TO CONSIDER?
The truck driver is not included, and some specifications must be considered if a driver is needed.
The equipment rental does not include insurance policies; it is important that the customer provides it.
