Orders should ideally be placed 24–48 hours in advance, or three days in advance during emergencies. However, we understand that urgent situations arise, so always check with your sales representative to see whether other options are available.
We currently distribute Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel, 87-, 91-, and 93-octane gasoline, and lubricating oils. Please specify the product you need when you call.
Provide the exact delivery address, including any space restrictions or access limitations for the truck. To expedite the account-opening process, please complete all required information in advance using the following form: Complete the Form.
How much fuel do you need? If you have a generator, check the manual to determine the tank’s capacity and estimate how much fuel is needed to fill it. Orders of fewer than 100 gallons may incur a transportation fee ranging from $50 to $100, depending on the location.

You will receive an email confirming that your account has been opened, including your account number and the name of your assigned sales representative. Your representative will then contact you to place your order.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking link once the driver is on the way.
Once the delivery is complete, the digital delivery receipt will be sent directly to the email address provided in your application.
Within 12 to 48 hours after delivery, you will receive the final invoice with the available payment options: bank transfer/ACH, check, or ATH Móvil.
American Petroleum offers several delivery options to accommodate any operation, from storage tanks to emergency generators.
We can deliver based on the meter reading when the exact volume needed is unknown, or pump a predetermined quantity when the customer knows exactly how much fuel is required.
We deliver directly to your jobsite or facility, using a hose and fuel nozzle to accommodate varying fuel-volume needs.
We service both industrial generators with capacities exceeding 1,000 gallons and residential units with capacities under 100 gallons.
Through our subsidiary, Royal Petroleum, we deliver fuel to vessels and smaller Caribbean islands, including tax-exempt sales for companies operating under a cogeneration tax-exemption decree.
